Whistleblower system

Have you received information about violations in connection with your professional activities or prior to starting a professional activity? We have established a whistleblower system to fairly and appropriately investigate reports of violations that pose risks to the company, its employees, and other individuals.

Examples of violations that pose risks include corruption, antitrust, and money laundering offenses, as well as violations of technical specifications or environmental regulations. Personal matters, such as sexual harassment or human rights violations, are also included.

Whistleblowers who report possible violations based on concrete evidence are protected by the company. Their confidentiality is guaranteed.

How is a tip processed?

Qualified and experienced employees at the reporting center thoroughly review all reports for possible violations and systematically investigate them.

  • You will first receive an acknowledgement of receipt.
  • The reported matter is reviewed. This includes obtaining information, particularly from the whistleblower. Only if this results in initial suspicion of a possible violation of the rules will an appropriate internal investigation be conducted.
  • After the review is completed, the reporting center evaluates the results and, if misconduct is identified, announces appropriate follow-up measures.
  • The company will take appropriate measures to remedy the violations.

You will be informed immediately about the status of your report and the outcome of any investigation, unless you have submitted an anonymous report.

What reporting channels are available?
