Your tasks – varied & responsible:

- Selbständige Bearbeitung von mechanischen und elektrischen Fertigungsaufträgen anhand von Zeichnungen, Schaltplänen oder Satzzeichnungen
- Fertigung, Montage von Baugruppen und Kabeln (militärisch/ zivil) u.a. bei Bedarf auch vor Ort beim Kunden
- Crimpen von Kabeln mit der Handzange oder per Automat
- Löten von Kabeln sowie das Anbringen von Stützpunkten mittels Handlöter
- Konfektionieren von Kabelbaumsystemen und verschiedenen Steckertypen
- Befundung und Instandsetzung von Baugruppen und Geräten (militärisch/ zivil)
- Fehleranalyse für die Befundung der defekten Baugruppen und Kabel

Your profile – what you should bring with you:

- Idealerweise erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Kfz Mechatroniker, Elektrofachkraft oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechenden Kenntnissen
- Erfahrungen im Bereich Bereich Baugruppenfertigung von Vorteil
- Strukturierte, lösungs- und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sie verfügen über gutes Sehvermögen, Fingerfertigkeit und feinmotorisches Geschick
- Teamfähigkeit, Motivation, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Sozialkompetenz
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Reisebereitschaft

- Technische Ausbildung zum geprüften Qualitätsfachmann oder vergleichbarem
- Elektrotechnische Ausbildung oder Kenntnisse auf sehr hohem Level erforderlich
- Verständnis eines Qualitätsmanagementsystems
- Hohes Verständnis im Umgang und lesen von technischen Zeichnungen und Schaltplänen
- Erfahrung mit Messmitteln
- Erfahrung in Programmierung wünschenswert
- Strukturierte, lösungs- und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Motivation, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Sozialkompetenz
- Experience in using ERP systems, ideally SAP
