Your tasks – varied & responsible:
- Administration, support, and further development of the Microsoft 365 environment (including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Administration and maintenance of Azure Active Directory and local Active Directory structures including user and rights management
- Planning, configuration, and monitoring of the network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Installation, maintenance, and support of software and hardware (clients, servers, mobile devices, peripherals)
- Participation in the operation and optimization of the SAP system (user management, first- and second-level support)
- Support in the maintenance and upkeep of technical building and building services systems (e.g., access control systems, air conditioning, ventilation systems, intrusion detection systems, telephone systems, printing and copying technology)
- Ensuring IT security, data protection, and compliance with compliance requirements
- Support with IT projects and further development of the existing system landscape
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
- Training of employees in the use of hardware and software
- Contact person for internal employees within the scope of 1st and 2nd level support
- Support of the internal sales department with SAP topics, data maintenance, best practice solutions, as well as training and support of sales colleagues in digital processes
Your profile – what you should bring with you:
- Completed training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist in system integration) or comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and network technologies
- Experience in administering Windows Server environments and common client systems
- Knowledge of IT security and firewalls
- Experience in the SAP environment, ideally related to sales processes, is an advantage
- Analytical and structured working methods as well as a strong service orientation
- Ability to work in a team, initiative, and willingness to continuously improve Continuing Education

Systems Engineer Development (m/f/d)
The area of responsibility:
- Development and requirement definition for electrical on-board power systems
- Creation and maintenance of system architectures, circuit diagrams and current path concepts
- Development of printed circuit boards (PCBA) for system assemblies
- Assistance in evaluating performance descriptions for the preparation of specifications
- Coordination of technical content with internal/external departments
- Analyse und Bewertung von Systemlasten, Absicherungen und Masseführung
- Support in the EMC-compliant design of the on-board network architecture
- Implementation of system FMEAs and participation in validation strategies (prototype support)
- Support during commissioning on the vehicle (e.g. integration tests, functional tests)
- Development of proposals for optimizing procedures and processes related to development, construction and costs
- Planning and implementation of measures to increase customer satisfaction
Your profile:
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics or a comparable qualification
- In-depth experience in developing system architectures
- Confident use of common development and documentation tools
- Knowledge of on-board network architectures, protection, ground concepts, CAN/LIN
- Development and integration of system architectures
- Knowledge of the relevant standards (ISO 16750, LV123, ISO 26262)
- Experience in dealing with technical drawings and parts lists
- Initial experience in printed circuit board design is an advantage
- Commitment, motivation, flexibility and good communication skills
- Good teamwork skills with a hands-on mentality
- Independent, responsible and structured way of working with organizational talent
